All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking or as agreed upon.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Safety and Conduct

Passengers are expected to follow safety instructions provided by the driver. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of illegal substances or exhibiting aggressive behavior.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe journey (including rigorous vehicle and driver checks), Private Car Service NAMO is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
